How does payment work?
We use Paystack for checkout. You pay in your local currency by card or mobile money; the seller is paid out in their settlement currency. Prices on every course page show what you would pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if you haven't completed more than 20% of a course. Email support@sellwyk.com with your order number.
What's the difference between Protected and Premium courses?
All video courses are encrypted and watermarked (Protected tier). A small number of premium courses use Widevine / FairPlay DRM for stricter protection - playback works the same to you.
How do I become a seller?
Sign up and pick "Sell" during registration, or go to Me → Become a seller. Some accounts are auto-approved; otherwise an admin reviews within 1 business day.
